Life coaching is not therapy in the usual sense of the word its more akin to personal mentoring and thrashing out ideas in order to clarify and move forward.

I offer both face to face coaching and telephone coaching. Telephone coaching is very focussed and effective and allows greater flexibility for when we can schedule our coaching sessions. It's also very useful if you live outside Medway. I see face-to-face clients at my Cheldgate House consulting room.
